As a practitioner who has been using Owl Practice for over two years, I continue to be impressed with ease of use, the integration of all the functionality a therapist/private business would need, and the incredibly responsive customer service team. Owl Practice software provides flexibility for the clinician to create their own documentation, customize or select from a variety of templates. There is a library of standardized assessments and a user- friendly calendar, which provides an easy interface to billing and documentation. The Practice management system allows for tracking of payments, creation of superbills, receipts and a dashboard for tracking trends, patterns and other important data. Having previously been an administrator in large mental health centers, I appreciate the powerful and seamlessly integrated system, which addresses both the clinical and administrative demands of running a successful behavioral health practice. I have recently begun utilizing the Stripe credit card functionality, with some initial trepidation, and was surprised by how easy it was to navigate and how helpful the customer support was in holding my hand through the process!

Owl Practice has helped me feel organized without an assistant. It takes the mental load of having to keep track of everything because it's all there from weekly to annual data. I also like that they are constantly updating and improving their services, to give their users practical help. I once wrote to them about a practical issue that I had, and they got back to me. They have good customer support. At first, I was skeptical about getting this product because I was so used to doing everything by hand and on paper copies, BUT I can honestly say there is a before and after in my practice since purchasing Owl. I am not a naturally organized person, so this is what I value the most about Owl. I would recommend it. I also love that it is user friendly since I don't do well with technology.
